Isaiah 43:4 is one of the most direct statements God makes about how he sees you: because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you.

Your Worth Was Determined by Someone Who Does Not Change His Mind
The value of an object is determined by what someone is willing to pay for it.
First Peter 1:18–19 names the price God paid for you: not silver, not gold, but the blood of Christ. That is the market value God assigned to your life. And unlike every other valuation system on earth, this one does not fluctuate.
The stock market changes daily. Public opinion shifts with the news cycle. The person who valued you yesterday may not value you tomorrow.
But the price God paid was a one-time, permanent, irreversible transaction. The preciousness of Isaiah 43:4 was established at the cross and confirmed in the resurrection, and no event since then has revised the figure.
Zephaniah 3:17 adds a dimension that most people have never heard anyone say about them: he will rejoice over you with singing. God sings over you. The image is of a parent so delighted by the child in their arms that the delight becomes audible.
