The Chaos You See Is Not the Whole Picture
The person standing inside a construction site sees only debris, noise, and what looks like destruction.
The architect sees the blueprint and knows that every demolished wall, every exposed pipe, every pile of rubble is part of a sequence that leads to a finished building.
The disorder is real. The order behind it is also real and will become visible when the project reaches the stage where the structure takes shape.
Romans 8:28 does not say all things are orderly. It says all things work together for good. The working together implies coordination across elements that, individually, appear to have no relationship to one another.
